Return & Refunds

We happily accept returns, refunds and exchanges of regular merchandise, including precious metal findings within ninety days of the original order date on the invoice.

Return policy:

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Ship items back within: 60 days of delivery
  • We Accept returns only if the product is unopened and in original packaging with tags.
  • if any costumer intentionally purchase our items to return it or if someone return our products very often, we may charge restocking fees.
  • we may also charge actual shipping cost from the total amount as our flat shipping cost is only to give benefit to our costumers.
  • any discount given at the time of purchase may also be cancelled on returns if it doesn't meet our sale / discount policy.

Instructions to Return:

  1. Please notify shopyourbeads.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. we offer free returns of our products.
  3. please bubble wrap everything.
  4. pack all items together in a box or a padded envelop.
  5. please send a list of the items you are sending along with the package.

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom orders
  • Special orders
  • Findings that have been broken up, unsealed or otherwise altered.

Return shipping guidelines:

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and shopyourbeads.com will not pay for return shipping.
  • Please return supplies in plain protective packaging with a copy of the original invoice and a completed return Form.
  • For your protection, please send your returns in a plain, rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend but do not require that you insure your package. We will not credit you for items that arrive damaged.
  • If you would like to exchange any item, simply return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
